#2 Nature Well-being Escape – Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Enjoy a moment of calm and reconnection in the mountains.
Program: gentle walk, meditation, sophrology, yoga, relaxation, fun activities.
Bring hiking shoes, water bottle, and a blanket/towel (approx. 20-minute easy walk).
Location: Group departure from the Risoul 1850 snow front
