Discover the secrets of the wildlife and plants that thrive in our mountains. An enjoyable nature experience for all ages to observe, learn and be amazed.
Please bring: hiking shoes, a backpack, water and a cap.
Meeting point: Group departure from the D1 gateway of the Risoul Rando Park (snow front).
Recommended minimum age: 6 years*

* Younger children are welcome provided they are able to walk on mountain trails (including elevation changes and narrow paths) or are carried by an adult in a suitable child carrier.

#2 Nature Wellness Escape
Thursday – 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Take time to unwind and reconnect with nature in the heart of the mountains.
Programme: gentle walk, meditation, sophrology, yoga, relaxation and fun activities.
A true inner journey to calm the mind, restore the body and reconnect with nature through a gentle and revitalising sensory experience.
A rewarding session that's good for both body and mind!
Please bring: hiking shoes, a water bottle and a blanket or towel.
Approximately 20 minutes of easy walking.
Meeting point: Group departure from the terrace of La Grotte du Yeti / Anapurna.
Recommended minimum age: 8 years**
