Pilates – Strength & Mobility is a gentle, accessible method of muscle conditioning suitable for everyone. The exercises are performed with precision and guided by breathing to strengthen the deep core muscles, improve posture, and restore better body balance.
Throughout the session, you will strengthen your core, back, and stabilizing muscles while improving mobility, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness. Each exercise is adapted to individual ability, allowing everyone to practice safely.
Pilates is especially recommended for preventing or relieving back tension, improving posture, and developing a stronger, more stable, and more functional body for everyday life.
The session ends with stretching and a relaxation period to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed and light.
