Chanting, pranayama breathing, relaxation…
A rich and rewarding session, benefiting both body and mind!
The meditation session takes place in a natural setting, with approximately a 20-minute easy walk.
Practical information:
- Please wear suitable clothing and bring walking shoes, water, a cap…
- For the activity: mats are provided (to be collected at the meeting point before departure). You may also bring cushions and/or blankets (optional).
- Location: group departure from the Risoul 1850 snow front
- Recommended minimum age: 8 years*
*Younger children are welcome provided they are calm and receptive to the activity.
