Teams: 4 to 8 people
Minimum age: 14 years old
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 12 hours.
Cogitarium reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the number of participants is insufficient.

Cancellation Policy

The Tourist Office and the provider reserve the right to cancel or postpone the activity in case of:

• An insufficient number of participants (you will be informed the day before from 4:30 pm onward).

• Weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.

• The organizer being unable to provide the service due to force majeure.

Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by the Tourist Office or the provider, the refund is full and free of charge.
A refund is possible if you can justify that you are unable to take part in the activity (illness, bodily injury, force majeure accident, hospitalization, death of a close relative) by notifying the Tourist Office no later than the day before the activity, before 4:00 pm, via email at info@risoul.com.
If you withdraw without a valid reason (illness, bodily injury, force majeure accident, hospitalization, death of a close relative), the activity will not be refunded.
