Un hébergement plus coûteux (lave-vaisselle, surface), mais malheureusement avec certains équipements annoncés HS (bouilloire électrique) ou vraiment abimé -et dangereux- (sèche-cheveux). Et le réfrigérateur en panne en cours de semaine, avec une propriétaire dépassée. Probablement plus prompte à encaisser les loyers qu'à déclencher une intervention technique : panne de réfrigérateur annoncée le mardi à la propriétaire, et puis ... rien, il faut relancer, service-client niveau zéro. Aucun dédommagement annoncé à ce jour, c'est bien dommage. Appartement 81 au Villaret, on s'en souviendra.
