Repayment terms:
- In case of cancellation by the tourist office and the service provider, the refund is total and free of charge
- Possibility of reimbursement if you justify an inability to participate in the activity (illness, personal injury, force majeure accident, hospitalization, death of a loved one) by notifying the tourist office at the latest the day before the activity before 4 pm by e-mail info@risoul.com . If withdrawal without valid reason (illness, personal injury, force majeure accident, hospitalization, death of a loved one) the activity is not reimbursed.
