L'appartement est au 3e étage, accessible par des escaliers interminables, et non au 2e étage comme indiqué dans le descriptif. La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur un pub qui est bruyant jusqu'à 2h du matin. Sinon, l'appartement est propre et idéalement situé par rapport aux pistes et aux commerces.
