Literie canapé à changer car très abîmé. Logement assez sombre, des améliorations sont possibles sur les luminaires pour pallier à cela.
Sinon : appartement très bien situé, à 2 pas des pistes et au pied de tous les commerces.
Il est très bien équipé : four, grand frigo ...
