You go off the slopes regularly but you do not know what risks you are exposing yourself to and what attitude
adopt?
Our ski patrollers explain everything you need to know about avalanche risk, how to search for victims and what goes on behind the scenes of a rescue operation!

PROGRAM :
- How and why avalanches happen.
- The right reflexes to adopt when preparing an outing,
- Learn how to search for an avalanche victim with an avalanche transceiver.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION :
- Limited number of participants :Mini2 people / Max.10 people
- From 10 years old (must be accompanied by an adult).
- Minimum ski level: 3rd star.
- Must hold a valid ski pass Risoul - Forêt Blanche. ski area
- Must be skiing
- Registration the day before no later than 3:00 p.m. online on risoul.com

Ski patroller for a day

OPEN THE SLOPES WITH THE PROS!
Meet the ski patrollers to find out more about their profession, and open the slopes with them.

PROGRAM :
- Board the lifts before opening time.
- Opening of a piste with one of our ski patrollers
- Visit the rescue center to talk more with the ski patrollers

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION :
- Limited places: Max.10 people
- From 12 years old (must be accompanied by an adult)
- Minimum ski level: 3rd star.
- Must hold a valid ski pass Risoul - La Forêt Blanche ski area
- Must be skiing or snowboarding
- Please register with the Risoul 1850 Tourist Office the day before at the latest.

> Meet on THURSDAY at 8.45 am on the Risoul 1850 snow front at the Homme de pierre lift (R3)

Visit of the snow factory

> Every Tuesday (during the French school holidays)

Visit the snow factory at Risoul – La Forêt Blanche resort and learn more about the process of making artificial snow.

PROGRAM :
Meeting with our snow experts: the snow growers.
Presentation of collinear reservoirs, these high-altitude lakes that store the water needed to produce artificial snow.
Visit of the snow factory, the control tower of the snowmaking network.

Registration requierement :
*From 6 years old. (Minors must be accompanied by an adult)
*Must have a valid Risoul - La Forêt Blanche ski pass
*Must be on skis to participate in the activity
*Registration the day before at the latest at the Risoul 1850 Tourist Office.
