Practical Information
- Registration: No later than 3:00 PM on the day of the event, online at risoul.com
- Required skill level: Adults (minimum Class 2), Children (minimum "3rd Star" level)
- Descent takes place on a blue run
- Torch collection: Upon presentation of the voucher received via email
- Non-cancellable and non-refundable
- A valid ski lift pass is MANDATORY
February 18: "LES P'TITS FLAMBEAUX" (The Little Torches)
The French mountains unite for a magical, charitable event: Take part in the "Les P'tits Flambeaux" torchlight descent.
On Thursday, February 18, 2027, the entire French mountain community will come together at nightfall to bring you an exceptional event!
All French Ski Schools (ESF) are joining forces to host simultaneous torchlight descents across French resorts, in partnership with the National Association of Mayors of Mountain Resorts and "Domaines Skiables de France" (French Ski Areas).
The goal? To raise as many funds as possible for charitable programs that give children—who might otherwise not have the chance to go on vacation—the opportunity to discover our magnificent mountains and all they have to offer.
Guided by the ESF instructors of Risoul, become part of this great, glowing "serpent" of light.
