Le bar the Sun accueille jusqu'à 2h du matin des clients bruyants. Le logement n'étant pas équipé de double vitrage, il est impossible de s'endormir avant 2h. A rajouter les livraisons à partir de 6h30 du matin Le literie n'est pas un lit 2 places mais un lit d'appoint du canapé, donc pas un lit familial. Dommage que le casier à ski ne soit pas équipé d'étagère, les chaussures finissent par remonter dans le logement faute de pouvoir les faire sécher correctement dans le casier
