Un rafraîchissement de l'appartement est nécessaire, l'installation électrique est à refaire car il pose un problème de sécurité. La literie est douteuse et insuffisante : 2 couettes doubles pour 6 couchages et des couvertures d'appoint miteuses, des alèses douteuses et pas d'oreillers dignes de ce nom. Par contre l'aménagement de la cuisine et le matériel de cuisine sont parfaits.
