Déjà évoqué précédemment, l'appartement était sale, aspirateur non vidé, éléments démontés, manque d'équipements de base (vaisselle, cintres, brosse toilette, etc.) Beaucoup de bruit la nuit : chasse neige juste devant l'immeuble, sortie de bar de l'autre côté.
