Reliving the battle of Little Bighorn is possible! The last Indian victory is honored thanks to the monumental sculptures of Ousmane Sow exposed in Mont-Dauphin.
Discover in Mont-Dauphin a major work of Ousmane Sow: "Little Bighorn", a series of 24 characters and 11 horses in enlarged size, representing a dozen battle scenes from the battle of Little Bighorn, the last victory of the American Indians over the U.S. Federal Army in 1876. The work is exhibited under the exceptional Philibert Delorme frame of the roof of the Rochambeau barracks in Mont-Dauphin.
