L'appartement est très bien situé et spacieux. Toutefois, un grand ménage serait nécessaire, ainsi que des travaux de rénovations..; Les éléments de literies, protection matelas, oreillers et couvertures mériteraient d'entre changés ou à minima lavés car extrêmement sales.. Les vieux bibelots n'ont aucun intérêt dans une location
