Gros problème d'aération du logement :
- très grosses taches de moisissure au plafond.
- Les murs ruissellent dans la SdB dès qu'on prend une douche (il y a une ventilation très bruyante qui ne fonctionne que quand on allume).
La porte de douche prend l'eau même en respectant à la lettre les consignes affichées.
Les WC n'évacuent pas ou très mal les excréments.
Le lavabo était totalement dévissé et fuyait dans le meuble.
Electricité dangereuse :
- radiateur face à la douche hors des distances requises par la norme.
- Prises électriques entre évier et plaque chauffante.
